1.Call to Order: 6:06

2.Roll Call : David Henriott, Mike Garbe, Jenni Schultz, Brenda Warrenburg, Tommy CdeBaca, Steven Schultz Sr., Greg Nichols,, Mark Kibler, Stacey Kibler, Ian Garrau, Michael Moyer

3.Approval of April Previous meeting date Minutes 1st Jenny Schultz Motioned/ Steve Schultz 2nd & all approved

4. Reports:

President: Dave Henriott - Registrations open

V.P. : Mike Garbe - None

Secretary : Stacey Kibler - UWW Youth Camp this weekend - Any players needing equipment?

Treasurer : Cassi Martino - Balance - $30,905.30

6/4/26 - $675 Helmet Stickers

Administrator: Greg Nichols -None

League: Steven Schultz - Final #’s & Field availability due Monday to the league. 8/3 Practice starts. 8/10 & 8/11 Player Weigh Ins, Scrimmage 8/15 at WW, 8/22 1st game, 10/10 Last game, 9/5 No game currently

Concessions/Fundraiser: Brenda- Waiting on invoice from Boosters/Jen McKean

At- Large: Tommy CdeBaca-None

Cheer - Jenni Schultz- None

a. Fundraising - Comet Cards, Businesses Open

b. Registrations – Open & continuing to receive

6. New Business

a. Teams for the season

- Keep registration open

-3 teams this year based off current registration numbers

-Equipement handout 10-12 July 12th

b. 3rd – 4th grade – Tackle program - Whole board voted to move forward with program

-Mark Kibler - Info meeting for parents Sunday 21st at 6 in Large Group room

-$75.00 Registration fee

-Helmets & shoulder pads- need to do equipment handout in early July - Scheduled July 12 12-2pm

-David to open registration June 20th

-Stacey send out emails to all from interest survey
