For the 2025 season here is what the Black Sash Program was.

We took a U11A's team and supported them whilst they played at Ourimbah FC.

We provided the following:

- A group environment built to push them to be better players, understand the game of football better, to help them learn concepts that go beyond football and to create an environment that everyone wants to be around (player and parents alike).

- 100 Hours of training sessions with a AFC B Diploma coach with regular matchday support. 

- 18 Hours of Matches.

- Player direction and homework for at home training to encourage self training and self learning.

- x2 Holiday Camp sessions for Black Sash Players only.

- 3 hours of Individual Coaching Sessions. 1 player to 1 coach.

- Sessions based on developing players technical, tactical, mental, social and physical abilities.

All of which at the cost of $13 per hour.

For 2026 we are looking to improve the quality of this further and offer it for more age groups.
