Complete this form to Register for Miverent Football Academy's School Holiday Sessions which are being held on the following dates:

 

Week 2 of School Holidays:

- Monday 13th July, 9am till 12pm

- Tuesday 14th July, 9am till 12pm

- Wednesday 15th July, 9am till 12pm

 

 

All sessions will be held at Soccer5s Tuggerah. We will be having breaks for water and some for food. We will not provide food at any point during these sessions so feel free to pack a lunch for your child.
