Description

ATOMIC Homeschool volleyball program

The ATOMIC Homeschool Volleyball Program combines skill development, organized game play, and movement training to help athletes grow both on and off the court.

Participants will:

• Learn and improve fundamental volleyball skills
• Build confidence through positive coaching
• Develop teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship
• Stay active in a structured, engaging environment
• Connect with other homeschool students and make new friends

 

Each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, athletes participate in one hour of volleyball instruction and game play, followed by an optional 30-minute Movement Lab led by Coach Jared to improve athletic performance, coordination, agility, and overall movement skills.

• Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
• Volleyball Session: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM
• Optional Movement Lab: 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM (Coach Jared)

Session Dates

• Session 1: August 17 – October 2
• Session 2: October 5 – November 20

• $20 daily drop-in available
