A developmental program teaching the fundamentals of each volleyball skill using volley-lite balls. Every session builds on one another so attending the full session is encouraged!

For beginners (girls & boys) in elementary school typically 9-12 year olds wanting to learn the basic beginner skills and terminology. 13 year olds needing basic/beginner skills are welcome as well.

 

A developmental program teaching the fundamentals of each volleyball skill using volley-lite balls. Every session builds on one another so attending the full session is encouraged!
