The season may finish, but development does not. This invitation-only program gives selected Under 12 players a complete, connected development pathway across athletic performance, professional coaching and coached match play.

One Complete Development Program

14 active weeks and 42 player contacts
Three connected development experiences every week
Athletic development delivered by Perform HQ
Professional on-field and position-specific coaching
Coached match play with goalkeeper support from DOC Goalkeeper Academy

Weekly Pathway

Monday | 4:30-5:15 pm
Athletic Development - Sheldrake Reserve, Stirling

Wednesday | 4:30-5:30 pm
Professional On-Field Training - St Stephen's School, Duncraig

Saturday | 8:00-9:15 am
Coached Match Day - St Stephen's School, Duncraig

Commitment and Fees

Program fee: $1,400, payable as $1,000 due 12 October 2026 and $400 due 30 November 2026.

Acceptance payment: $400 due by 1st September 2026. This includes $200 for registration, administration and player insurance, plus $200 for the personalised GFC kit.

A position is not confirmed until the acceptance payment is received. Unconfirmed places may be offered to the next selected player.

This is one complete program and is not available as a one-session or two-session option.

Built Alongside Club Football

GFC is additional development and does not replace a player's club. Club football remains the player's primary team commitment.

Waivers

Waiver Summary Text: PARTICIPATION, MEDICAL AND EMERGENCY CONSENT

I am the parent or guardian of the registered player and consent to their participation in the GFC Summer Development Program Under 11s Group 1.

I confirm that the medical, allergy, injury, medication and emergency-contact information supplied is complete and accurate, and I will update GFC if circumstances change.

I authorise GFC staff to provide first aid and, when reasonably necessary, arrange medical or emergency assistance if I cannot be contacted.

I understand that football and athletic training involve inherent risks, including collision, falls, physical exertion and injury. I will ensure the player follows staff directions, uses required equipment and does not participate when unwell or medically restricted.

This consent does not exclude any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Waiver Summary Text: PROGRAM AND PAYMENT COMMITMENT

I accept the player's place in the GFC Summer Development Program Under 11s Group 1 and understand that this is one complete 14-active-week program. It is not available as a one-session or two-session option.

I agree to the total payment schedule of $1,800: a $400 acceptance payment due 1st September 2026, $1,000 due 12 October 2026 and $400 due 30 November 2026.

I understand that the acceptance payment includes $200 for 12-month registration, administration and player insurance, plus $200 for the personalised GFC kit.

The player's position is not confirmed until the acceptance payment is received, and an unconfirmed place may be offered to the next selected player.

I understand that personalised items may not be refundable once ordered. Any cancellation, credit or refund will be considered under GFC's published policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.

I will contact GFC promptly if circumstances may affect attendance or payment.

Waiver Summary Text: PLAYER AND PARENT OR GUARDIAN CODE OF CONDUCT

We commit to creating a safe, respectful and development-focused environment throughout the GFC Summer Development Program Under 11s Group 1.

The player will follow coach and staff instructions, show respect to teammates, opponents, officials and facilities, arrive prepared and on time, and communicate any injury, illness or attendance issue.

The parent or guardian will support positive player development, communicate respectfully with coaches and staff, follow venue and match-day expectations, and avoid coaching from the sideline or behaviour that undermines the program.

Abuse, bullying, discrimination, threats, harassment, aggressive spectator behaviour and deliberate damage to facilities or equipment are not acceptable.

I understand that GFC may respond to conduct concerns through discussion, a warning, temporary suspension or removal from the program when reasonably necessary to protect participants, staff and the program environment.

I have discussed these expectations with the player and agree to support them.
