Code of Conduct: By registering, players agree to always act in a decent and respectful manner, both on and off the field. Players are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship, respect for coaches, teammates, opponents, and the game itself. Failure to uphold this standard may result in disciplinary actions, including suspension or removal from team activities.
By registering, players, parents/guardians also consent to the program staff taking photos or videos of participants during activities, which may be used for promotional or community purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please notify us in writing at the time of registration.
Men’s Premier League - No Refunds will be given for this program at any time regardless if a player did not play or was injured due to play.
