Players aged 13–16 are developing athletically and mentally, and the Program must balance structured development with meaningful competition. The Cadets league feeds directly into Juniors and is a critical feeder for the U15 National Team Academy.

The Juniors league is the highest domestic youth level and the direct gateway to the Premier League, Sportaim Program and National Teams. Players aged 16–18 must be challenged at the highest intensity the IAB youth program can provide. The focus shifts to elite preparation: advanced pitching, strategy, physical conditioning, and mental toughness.

The Juveniles League bridges the gap between the fun-focused Minors program and the more competitive structure of the Cadets division. It is a single league divided into two levels: • Level 1 (Rookie): Designed for beginner players. • Level 2 (Competitive): Intended for players who are ready for a more structured and competitive playing environment.

The Minors league is the entry point into IAB baseball. Success at this level is not measured in wins and losses, but in smiles, retention, and the development of a lifelong love of the game. Every activity, drill, and interaction should reinforce a positive first experience. Minors League is fully managed by the individual clubs and supported by the IAB.
