Offensive/Defensive Line Skill Development: Sunday, Saturday and Thursday
Emphasis on: Hands, Hips, Feet, Knowledge & Understanding of the Game Most up to date techniques to help BUILD confidence and provide INJURY prevention. Chalk Talks/Film Session/Skill Development.

Tournament Schedule: 6-8 Tournaments (Between Seattle and Eugene)

Skill Development: 2-3 times a week
