The Flip Lab Title

Flips in Development. Built with Purpose.
The Flip Lab is a dedicated indoor training facility designed to help athletes safely develop air awareness, body control, confidence, and movement skills in a structured, coach-led environment.
Currently operating as the home of Norco Diving dryland training, the Flip Lab was built to support long-term athlete development—both in diving and in other sports that rely on aerial movement, coordination, and body control.
This is not an open gym or a trampoline park. Every session in the Flip Lab is intentional, supervised, and designed around learning progressions—not trial-and-error experimentation.
One Facility. Two Training Paths.
The Flip Lab serves two primary purposes:
Norco Diving Dryland Training
The Flip Lab is a core component of Norco Diving’s complete training system, supporting athletes at every stage of development. Dryland training complements water time by reinforcing mechanics, confidence, and consistency—without unnecessary impact or fatigue.
Non-Diving Skill Development (Coming Soon)
The Flip Lab is also expanding to offer non-diving classes focused on trampoline safety, somersaulting fundamentals, and aerial skill development for related sports such as cheer, gymnastics, and dance. These programs emphasize structured learning, qualified instruction, and safe progression.
What Makes the Flip Lab Different?
-
Coach-led, progression-based training
-
Specialized equipment selected for learning—not entertainment
-
Controlled use of advanced spotting systems to support safe skill acquisition
-
A focus on fundamentals, confidence, and transferable movement skills
This is a space built to teach athletes how to learn movement—not just attempt it.
