Q: When do the automated monthly tuition drafts pull?

A: For all winter indoor training tracks, automated monthly tuition drafts ($223.00) pull securely on the 1st of every month from November through March.

Q: Where does the Columbus branch train during the winter?

A: Our Columbus athletes are actively running outdoor conditioning blocks at Hoover Dam. Starting this November, the entire branch will smoothly transition indoors to our official winter training tracks at Capital University

Q: What is the mandatory dress code for track practices?

A: All athletes are required to train in official Ohio Heat team gear and proper running/training shoes. For safety reasons, jewelry, casual slides, and Crocs are strictly banned from the track surface.

Q: Where do I check for sudden weather or practice cancellations?

A: Weather adjustments are posted instantly to our central website banner ticker at 4:00 PM on practice days, and blasted directly into our regional parent GroupMe chat rooms.
