OHIO HEAT TRACK CLUB — TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to the Ohio Heat Track Club. By registering your athlete for the 2026–2027 Winter Indoor Track & Field Season, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following official team terms:

1. Financial Commitment: Enrollment in our track club constitutes a full seasonal financial obligation through March 15, 2027.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy: All upfront administration fees ($208.29) and monthly subscription tuition installments ($223.00/month) are strictly 100% non-refundable under all circumstances, including athlete withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, or injury closures.
3. Automatic Draft Authorization: By selecting a monthly payment plan, parents explicitly authorize the club to automatically draft their linked credit/debit card on the 1st of each month (November through March). Late or failed drafts will result in immediate suspension from all training blocks.
4. Code of Conduct: The Ohio Heat administration reserves the right to terminate an athlete’s roster spot without a refund if an athlete or parent violates the team handbook, displays unsportsmanlike behavior, or fails to wear official Heat training gear to practice blocks.
