The Ohio Heat Track Club is fully committed to protecting the privacy, digital security, and safety of our youth athletes, coaches, and families.

Information Collection: We strictly collect essential data required for athletic registration, league roster verification, billing processing, and emergency medical contacts.
Youth Safety & Roster Security: In compliance with modern youth sports privacy measures, full player last names, private phone numbers, and home addresses are permanently hidden from public web searches and are only accessible by authorized club staff behind secure login panels.
Zero Third-Party Sharing: Ohio Heat will never sell, trade, rent, or distribute family contact lists, email addresses, or phone data to external marketing agencies or outside corporate vendors.
Secure Billing Gateways: All financial transactions and recurring subscription drafts are encrypted and securely processed through certified, top-tier payment networks (including GoDaddy and Sports Plus merchants). The club never stores raw credit card numbers on local hard drives.
