Description


The Elite Program is designed for players who have successfully completed the Advanced Program and are preparing for top-level competitions. This stage focuses on refining technical skills, improving consistency under pressure, and developing the physical and mental readiness required for higher-level competitions.

Players will experience a more challenging training environment that emphasizes performance standards, match awareness, and personal accountability while continuing to build strong cricket fundamentals.


Who This Program Is For

This program is intended for players who:

  • Have completed the Advanced Program or equivalent training

  • Show a strong commitment to improving their cricket performance

  • Are interested in competing at a higher level


What Players Will Experience

High-Performance Coaching

Athletes will train with experienced coaches who focus on advanced technical refinement and performance consistency. Coaching sessions emphasize correcting small technical details, improving decision-making, and developing a professional training mindset.

Position-Specific Training

Players will increasingly specialize in their primary roles, such as batting, bowling, all-rounders, or wicketkeeping. Training sessions will include role-based drills to develop the specific skills required for their roles.

Competitive Match Scenarios

Sessions will include structured match simulations that replicate higher-level game situations. Players will practice making decisions under pressure, adapting to different match conditions, and executing strategies during key moments.

Players also have the option of participating in the adult cricket tournaments, provided their parents or guardians assume full responsibility for their safety and obligations to the host team. Athletes may participate in up to 1 host team in each division of the Premier League and Twenty20 tournaments, and one team in the T10 blast and Hard-Tennis tournaments during the season. The players must find and arrange to play on the adult team themselves.

Advanced Fitness & Conditioning

Training intensity increases to prepare athletes for the physical demands of elite-level play. Conditioning sessions focus on strength, endurance, speed, agility, and injury prevention.

Tactical Awareness & Game Intelligence

Players will participate in tactical discussions and situational training that develop deeper cricket awareness. This includes reading game situations, tailoring field placements, planning bowling strategies, and building batting partnerships.

Additional Access to Professional Coaches

Athletes will have the opportunity to book optional individual training clinics with professional coaches at a discounted session rate. During these clinics, athletes can work one-on-one with coaches to identify areas for improvement, refine their technique, and make targeted adjustments that enhance overall match performance.
