Thank you for your interest in coaching for the Loomis Basin Athletic League. To be eligible to coach, you must complete all listed requirements and upload proof or certificates of completion before coaching or being permitted to work with students. If you would like additional information prior to applying, please review our LBAL Administrator Packet. This contains valuable information about our league, schedules, coach meeting dates and site staff contacts. Athletic Coaches Stipend: $1,410 LUSD Certificated or Classified Employee $800 Non- LUSD employee (walk-on coach)

Complete Application (if not already a Loomis Union School District employee or previous coach)

You must complete this application to serve as a paid coach for the league. If you prefer to volunteer instead, you may register as a volunteer and complete the volunteer requirements.

This requirement does not typically expire.

Waiver Summary Text: Coach LIVESCAN clearance for the Loomis Union School District.

This Livescan needs to be completed even if you have been previously been cleared as a parent or volunteer in LUSD. The Coach Livescan is differs as it is verified through both DOJ & FBI.

This requirement must be completed on a bi-annual basis (every 2 years).

Negative results for TB test or complete TB waiver with the school nurse and upload a copy of results/waiver.
