To be eligible to coach, you must complete all listed requirements and upload proof or certificates of completion before coaching or being permitted to work with students. Negative results for TB test or complete TB waiver with the school nurse and upload a copy of results/waiver.

Waiver Summary Text: Coach LIVESCAN clearance for the Loomis Union School District.

This Livescan needs to be completed even if you have been previously been cleared as a parent or volunteer in LUSD. The Coach Livescan is differs as it is verified through both DOJ & FBI.

This requirement does not typically expire.
