FRIDAY PRACTICE
Friday Practices we meet at Lower Campus before we run Kentucky Greens. If you arrive after the team has left please don’t have your students run the road to meet with us. We are off campus for this run and it's important we stay together! Eat a light breakfast, dress in layers!

Practices-

  • First two weeks: Mondays at 1:45 p.m. and Wednesdays at 2:45 p.m. (Friday @7:15 optional)

  • After that:

    • Mondays at 1:45 p.m. (conditioning and drills)

    • Fridays at 7:15 a.m. (optional a.m. practices, where we take a few-mile run down Kentucky Greens for a true cross country feel with elevation changes)

Attendance matters, these sports give back what you put in! That said, we understand that conflicts will arise and will be flexible.

FAQs

  • Do I need experience? Absolutely not! Cross Country is about fun, pushing yourself, and building endurance (great conditioning for other sports, too!).

  • Why try it? It’s a chance to connect with classmates, enjoy the outdoors, and be part of a team.
