We just wanted to reiterate that finals are tomorrow @ Sierra College with the first race now starting at 4pm. We would like to have all athletes present and ready to warm-up by 3:30pm!

The parking lot by the course is being set aside for the event and parking is not being charged in Lot K only! Parking is first come, first serve with the exception of the row immediately next to the course which is reserved for coaches and team ez-ups. If you park in one of the other lots, you will need to pay the $3 parking fee at one of the kiosks.

Be prepared for rain and messy conditions! We plan to have two ez-ups in place for our team to use. We're excited to see the fruits of everyone's hard work this season!

Practices are offered four days a week to provide families with more flexibility. Practices are not mandatory, so please attend the days that work best for your family.

We will have four meets throughout the season, and athletes will run one mile at each meet. During practices, we will condition beyond that distance to help everyone feel strong and prepared—but we promise to keep it fun!

We can’t wait for a wonderful season and to see all our Knights hit the dirt!
