These moderate intensity interval sessions include both strength training and cardiovascular activity. Workouts are modified for most ability levels and can be completed with or without equipment. Weights or bands are not required, but if you have them, please feel free to bring them.
Sessions take place Tuesdays from 6:00 - 6:30pm CT March 3 to April 28. Please arrive early as we will begin promptly at 6:00pm CT.
