Terms of Service & Code of Conduct

Welcome to Bright Players FC. By registering a player, creating a member account, or participating in our soccer programs, parents, guardians, and athletes agree to adhere to the following Terms of Service and Code of Conduct.

1. Program Participation & Eligibility

• Age Requirements: Bright Players FC registration is strictly open to youth athletes aged 6 to 16 years old (birth years 2010 through 2020).

• Parental Consent: A parent or legal guardian must complete registration and sign all liability waivers on behalf of minor participants under 18 years of age.

2. Code of Conduct (Players, Parents & Spectators)

To ensure a positive, safe, and encouraging athletic environment, all members agree to:

• Respect: Treat all coaches, referees, teammates, opponents, and club staff with utmost respect at all times.

• Sportsmanship: Refrain from aggressive, profane, or abusive language, whether on the pitch, on the sidelines, or in online team chat channels.

• Safety & Equipment: Ensure players arrive properly equipped with standard shin guards, appropriate cleats, and hydration for every session.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

• All registration fees are collected securely online via our portal (powered by SportsPlus and PCI-compliant processing partners).

• Registration fees cover league management, field usage, uniform expenses, and referee fees. Refunding policies follow the guidelines established during registration checkout.

4. Platform Usage & Account Security

• Members are responsible for keeping account login details secure.

• Schedule updates, team communications, and roster details distributed through the mobile app and website are intended solely for registered Bright Players FC families and personnel.
