Uniform Information

We are excited to unveil our NEW UNIFORMS from Breakmark! We have an early ordering window for our current players to ensure uniforms arrive before our first tournament. You can order uniforms starting TODAY through Feb 2nd. We will open the store again for new players at the end of February, but if you know you are playing with us this spring, we encourage you to get that order in during round one. Ordering uniforms will be different this time and will be placed directly with Breakmark. Please read the information below carefully before ordering.

Ordering:

Uniforms are required for all high school and middle school elite players. We also encourage our middle school in-house team to order, but it is not required.

Players must, at minimum, order a reversible jersey and shorts. Players have the option of purchasing a bundle that includes their short-sleeve dark jersey, short-sleeve white jersey, shorts, reversible, and your choice of a dark or light hat. This bundle is $105 and is the best value. You can also upgrade your jerseys to a long sleeve or a hooded jersey from the drop-down menu within the bundle. This will change the price accordingly, but this is an option if you prefer long sleeves.

You can also order extra jerseys, sweatshirts, or other gear at a discounted rate during our ordering window!

All orders placed within the NV Ultimate ordering windows will have their orders shipped directly to NV at no additional cost.

UNIFORM NUMBERS:

Returning Middle School Players: When you place your order, you will be asked for your uniform number. Most returning players have their numbers reserved. We ask all athletes to check the list below to ensure we have your correct number; if it is not, or you would like to change your number, please email NVUltimateAthletics@gmail.com before you place your order. Families of returning 8th graders, we have done our best to reserve your child’s current number on the high school teams. If you are a middle school player who has not secured a number, please see the New Athletes section.

Returning High School Players (including Freshman): When you place your order, you will be asked for your uniform number. Most returning players have their numbers reserved. We ask all athletes to check the list below to ensure we have your correct number; if it is not, or you would like to change your number, please email NVUltimateAthletics@gmail.com before you place your order. If you are a freshman player and do not see your name on the uniform list, a high school player already has the number you picked in middle school. Please see the information below to select a new number.

New Athletes: Please look at the list below of numbers. If the number is in red, it is not available. Please select two numbers from the list and email NVUltimateAthletics@gmail.com with your choices in your preferred order. I will let you know once I have reserved your number so you can place your uniform order. New Middle School 8th Graders - we encourage you to select a number available at the middle and high school levels. If you do, we will reserve your number for next year!

Your last name will be on the back of the uniform, and you will be asked to input this information when ordering. Before hitting submit, please make sure your last name is spelled correctly. We are not responsible for misspelled names.
