Northstar Circuit Winter Guard Show - 1:00 PM
Minnesota Percussion Association Percussion and Winds Show - 5:30 PM
Performance groups from Minnesota’s percussion, color guard and hornline competition circuits: Minnesota Percussion Association (MPA) and the North Star Circuit (NSC), will compete in front of nearly 2,000 spectators from all over Minnesota. Spectator tickets available at the door.
Sponsorship Opportunities
The Winter Arts Festival is one of the Cadet's largest fundraising events of the year with the opportunity to host other performance ensembles in the Elk River School District. Around 20 other groups, along with their families and fans from all over Minnesota, will travel to Elk River for to watch indoor marching arts performances for percussion, winds and color guard. Our event is governed by Minnesota Percussion Association and North Star Circuit.
