Winter Arts Festival, 2026
Saturday, March 21, 2026 at Elk River High School
- North Star Circuit Winter Guard Show, 1pm
Performance groups from Minnesota’s percussion, color guard and hornline competition circuits: Minnesota Percussion Association (MPA) and the North Star Circuit (NSC), will compete in front of nearly 2,000 spectators from all over Minnesota. Spectator tickets available at the door.
