Description

Welcome to the Ohio Heat Winter Indoor Track Season! Our Columbus branch focuses on elite speed development, conditioning, and competitive track and field training for our regional athletes.

 

Regular Membership Tuition: $200.00 per month (Automated monthly installments draft on the 1st of each month, September through March, totaling $223.00 per month with standard platform processing offsets).

 

Mandatory Upfront Coach's Fee: $200 due entirely upon checkout today to secure your athlete's active roster spot. All monthly club fees are non-refundable once the training block begins.

 

Training Facilities: Outdoor blocks are actively running at Hoover Dam. We transition completely indoors to Capital University his November

 

Dress Code: All athletes must arrive to all training sessions in official Ohio Heat gear. Proper athletic footwear is required. No jewelry, casual slides, or Crocs are allowed on the training surface.

OHIO HEAT CLUB LIABILITY & ATTENDANCE CONSENT

 

I, as the parent or legal guardian of the registered athlete, hereby give my full consent for their participation in the Ohio Heat Track Club 2026-2027 Winter Indoor Season.By checking this box, I acknowledge and agree to the following club policies:

 

1. Liability Release: I release the Ohio Heat Track Club, its coaches, administrators, and host facilities from any liability regarding personal injury, illness, or property damage sustained during training blocks or competitive meets [21.11].
2. Financial Obligation: I understand that all upfront fees and monthly tuition installments ($223.00/month drafting on the 1st) are strictly 100% non-refundable.
3. Code of Conduct & Uniforms: I agree that my athlete will abide by the team dress code and arrive at all practices in official Ohio Heat gear.

• 4. Medical Authorization:

In the event of an emergency, I authorize the coaching staff to secure necessary medical treatment for my athlete if I cannot be reached immediately.
