Welcome to 12 Blizzard!

Hey everyone! I’m Rayne, and I’m so excited to kick off my first season as head coach for 12 Blizzard. Last year, I was the assistant coach for this team, and it was such a rewarding experience watching the players grow and compete. I’m really looking forward to taking on the head coaching role this season and continuing to build on everything we started.

This is my second year coaching at Synergy. I also do private lessons here, mostly focused on setting and passing, which are my favorite skills to teach.

I got into coaching while volunteering at my old school, Mother of Divine Providence. That first season was unforgettable. My JV team went 15-0 and even medaled at their tournament. I love helping players sharpen their technique, speak up for themselves, and build confidence. Creating a positive and supportive environment is always my goal.

I started playing volleyball when I was 10 and spent seven years competing at the national level in club, including trips to nationals. As a 5’4 setter, I leaned into strategy, leadership, and defense to stand out. Those same skills shape how I coach today.

Excited to whip up a Blizzard and take the courts by storm!
