Hotel and Travel Information - Extremely Time Sensitive for this week
Hi Team -
As mentioned at the Welcome Party, we have had hotels on reserve for a few weeks from when the registrations officially opened. Please see the attached for your travel tournaments and book ASAP. A few hotel blocks expire this week. Most hotels bookings do not cost anything and only put a credit card on file to hold your rooms.
The Stay to Plays are not optional, so please book. If there is a special need we can address but in the meantime please secure your room so that we can secure your team in the tournaments with official acceptances.
