Angels Cheer introduces 3rd and 4th grade students to the foundational elements of cheerleading in a fun, encouraging, and Catholic-centered environment. Cadet Cheer is our advanced youth cheerleading program for 5th through 8th graders, offering a dynamic and challenging experience focused on strong technique, team leadership, and faith-filled representation of school spirit. Little Angels is the next step in our cheerleading journey — a beginner-friendly program for 1st and 2nd grade students ready to grow in both skill and spirit. Building on the fun and foundation of Cheerios, Little Angels introduces more structured cheer techniques, chants, and light routines, all within a Christ-centered environment. Faith is integrated into every practice and performance, teaching our Little Angels to uplift not only their teams — but one another.

CYO girls basketball provides meaningful opportunities for physical, mental, and spiritual growth. At SMG, we focus on building discipline, accountability, and commitment to the team, and most importantly, to Christ. Through the challenges of practice and competition, our players gain confidence and resilience by working together to overcome obstacles. We encourage each girl to develop leadership skills while representing the Lord, their parish, and their team with integrity, respect, and sportsmanship.
