Our program is designed to develop fundamental skills, tactical knowledge, sportsmanship, and a lifelong love for soccer in a fun and encouraging environment.

Waiver Summary Text:

Bright Players FC — Informed Consent & Liability Waiver

 

By proceeding with this registration, I, the parent/guardian of the registered participant, agree to all official club policies, including:

 

1. Liability Waiver: Soccer involves inherent risks of injury. I agree to release and hold harmless Bright Players FC, its owners, and staff from any liability for injuries sustained during club activities.

2. Medical Cost Responsibility: The club is not responsible for medical bills. Parents/guardians are solely responsible for all costs associated with medical treatment or emergency transport.

3. Monthly Membership Fee: I authorize a recurring monthly charge of $150 for ongoing program membership. I accept that cancellation requires a 15-day written notice prior to the billing cycle.

4. Code of Conduct & Fine: I accept the 3-Strike Disciplinary Policy and agree to pay the $200 penalty fine if my player reaches Strike 3 for disrespectful behavior.

5. Uniforms: The upfront $150 registration fee covers 1 club uniforms, distributed after registration.
