Jorge Eufracio

With over 25 years of coaching experience, Jorge has coached at the highest level including working with the Mexico Men's U20 National team, Mexico Women's National team, Mexico Women's U20 National team, Ireland Women's National team, Michigan Chill WPSL, FC Indiana, Indiana Men's Select team, Veracruz FC, etc.
Jorge holds the Professional coaching license from CENAFE/Centro Nacional de Futbol de España (UEFA PRO), he also holds the Advance National Diploma, Director of Coaching Diploma, Adult Coaching license, National Youth License and has a Masters on Training Methodology of Spanish Football. Currently he is taking Neuroscience applied to Football Certificate from the Belgium Federation on the online modality.
Jorge has been recognized with several awards including Great Lakes conference coach of the year in 2016 from the Women's Premier Soccer League for his time at Michigan Chill; Indiana Girl's Competitive Coach of the year in 2014 and he is the only Coach ever from Indiana to win Midwest Girl's Competitive Coach of the year in 2015 and runner up in the country in 2016.
With his teams as head coach has won 2 Indiana Men's Open Cups (Veracruz FC), 1 WPSL Great Lakes Conference Championship (Michigan Chill, 2016), 1 Indiana President's Cup Championship (Tippco U15G, 2015), 1 College Club Midwest Championship (Purdue Club Women, 2010), Indiana Men's Super League Champions (Veracruz FC, 2005), represented Indiana 7 consecutive years (2001-08) at the Midwest Tournament of Champions and represented Indiana at 3 National Indoor soccer tournament with Veracruz FC.
Jorge has helped many players in achieving their goals to play at the College and Professional level through his philosophy and methodology. Local players like Daniela Guliani- Stony Brook University D1, Erica and Cassidy Berlin- Southern Utah University D1, Josiah Mullen- University of Evansville D1, Erin Hamrick- Southern Miss University D1, Jessica Bernard- Purdue University D1, Kelly Grott- Butler University D1, Stuart Amick- University of Massachusetts D1, Maya Reyes-IPFW D1, Samantha Houston- Southern Indiana University D2, Taylor Butcher- Hanover College D3, Becca Spitalniak- IUPUI D1, Freyda Mannering- University of Calgary D1, Ian Kelly- Wabash College D3, Brook Switzer- IU Kokomo D2, Kelsey Simms and Danielle Fortin- Jones Jr College, Mario Perez- Purdue Fort Wayne University D1, Amanda Spitalniak- IU Northwest D2, and many more have made it to play college with Jorge's help.
His impact continue in reaching professional players all over the world including Jamie Cheslik USA U23 WNT, Rachel Avant ASJ Soyaux from France, Rich Balchan former U20 USA MNT, Columbus Crew and Real Salt Lake from MLS, Erin Yenney Chicago Red Stars and Fenerbahce from Turkey, Ria Percival Tottenham Ladies and New Zealand WNT, Emma Byrne Arsenal Ladies and Ireland WNT, Lauren Sesselman Bronze Medal in London 2012 with Canada WNT, Mizuho Zakaguchi FIFA World Cup Champion on 2011 with Japan WNT, Kristin Luckenbill Gold Medal on Athens 2004 with USA WNT, Aivi Luik Sevilla and Australia WNT, among many others.
Part of his philosophy comes from working with and learning from top coaches in the world like Rene Meulensteen former Manchester United assistant coach, Leonardo Cuellar former Mexico WNT, Jesus "Chucho" Ramirez FIFA U17 World Cup Champion on 2005 with Mexico U17 MNT, Noel King former Ireland Women and Men NT, Angel Zof (RIP) former Rosario Central from Argentina, Roberto Medina former Mexico WNT, John Herdman current coach for Canada MNT, Kaloyan Petkov former Kazakhstan WNT, and some others.
At the youth level, he has coached High School, club travel and recreational level. He is a former Michigan Chill Girls Director of coaching, Saint Francis Girls Technical Director, Tippco Director of Coaching, Zionsville Goalkeeper Director.
Jorge has also done the Management role on different occasions as Indiana Adult State Cup Commissioner, Indiana Adult Champions League Commissioner, Lafayette Adult Soccer League Director, Lafayette Sports Center League's Director, United Soccer Coaches/Advocacy Latinos group adviser, Lafayette Futsal League Director. 
Other professional side has been of the recruiter, technical advisor and tactical analysis scout for Mexico national teams, team America, Pumas and Tigres women.
As player, grow up at the local youth academies in Veracruz Mexico, then, Boca FC-Indoor professional soccer league, Siglo XXI- Mexico professional 3rd division, Delfines de Xalapa- Mexico professional 2nd division, Tiburones Rojos de Veracruz- Mexico professional 1st division, Brownsville Texans, Fort Wayne Fever- PDL, Veracruz FC, FC Indiana- NPSL, Indianapolis FC- Indoor semipro league and Indiana Men's Select team.
Currently still getting invitations to work at camps, run clinics,  scouting, present tactical analisys and other things related to soccer all over the country. This past summer trained 6 current Purdue players to get them ready for their college season.
