17 DIVISION TRYOUT REGISTRATION ************ SUNDAY JULY 13TH @ 12:30 pm***************@ Lake Nona Middle School************SEASON 2025-26

Registration fee for tryouts will be $90 if paid before the tryout date. Payments made on the day of tryouts will be $110

Teams Available: Future, Future Elite, Junior Elite & Elite

The number of teams in each age group depends on the number of athletes who try out. We try to accommodate as many players as possible but prefer players to try out with their age group. You can call us if you have extenuating circumstances and want to discuss them. Refer to the age definition below to determine what age group to register for. 

Team Type

We offer three types of teams that differ based on their level.

Our "Premier" teams participate in in-state and out-of-state tournaments, the USAV Qualifier (which Could win the USAV Jr National), and the AAU Super Regionals.

Our "Elite" is the same as the Premier, with a lower level of intensity.


Our Intermediate "Junior Elite"  teams participate in in-state tournaments, USAV, and AAU Super Regional. 

Our Beginners "Future Elite" teams participate primarily in tournaments in and around Central Florida. 


FUTURE: This new program is for children nine (9) and under. It charges a monthly fee from August to April. 

Team selection

Teams will be selected on the tryout dates listed.
Make-up \ tryout date(s) will be announced. (If teams are complete, that team does not need a make-up tryout)

Players will be assigned to teams based on skillsets and age. They will be given a brief instructional meeting and asked to complete the Club commitment form and place a deposit. (Please bring your credit card.) The signed commitment and deposit secure your place on the team. If you leave, we will assume you are not interested in the position and need to offer it to the next eligible player; we cannot hold spots open.

*You will be required to purchase AAU & USAV memberships after tryouts. AAU membership is required to participate in the upcoming season. Registration opens on August 15, 2025. AAU Club Code: W3DF7D. USAV will be available on September 2025

Volleyball Age Definitions
We require players trying out for a team to register in their age division. We will be competitive in every age group, so we prefer all players to stay in their respective age divisions.  

If players are determined to play at a higher age level, they still need to register in their age division and attend that age group tryout.  You then need to contact our office to discuss this possibility.

You will be evaluated during the tryout to see if your skills go far beyond your age group. You must be an “impact” player to be considered for a higher age level.  Players who try out for a higher age level risk not making either team as their age division may have been closed out, and they are not accepted into an older division. We try to be judicious in placing players at the right level to make the most cohesive and competitive teams.

18 and Under: Players born on or after July 1st, 2005, or are high school students in the twelfth (12th) grade or below during the current academic year and are 19 or younger (born on or after July 1, 2005).

17 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2008
16 and Under Players who were born on or after July 1, 2009
15 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2010
14 and Under Players who were born on or after July 1, 2011
13 and Under Players who were born on or after July 1, 2012
12 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2013
11 and Under Players who were born on or after July 1, 2014
10 and Under Players who were born on or after July 1, 2015
