Age: From 7 to 16 years old
- This camp is geared toward technical teaching of each of volleyball's six skills: serving, passing, defense, attacking, blocking, and setting.
We feature technical training sessions emphasizing hand position, body posture, footwork patterns, release, location, digging techniques, and decision-making. We work on speed and agility to develop strength, speed, and resistance.
Athletes will be grouped by age and experience to train in a safe and fun environment.
