CYO Cross-Country is a coed sport that contributes spiritually, emotionally, physically, and socially to each participant’s growth. Our program will help promote lifelong lovers of running and healthy habits. We challenge runners with setting difficult goals and teaching methods of self-discipline and mental resilience to achieve their goals.
