Our Volleyball Academy provides opportunities for players to become elite, competitive athletes. Come join us for club tryouts, the season takes place from November to June at Elite and intermediate levels and from November to May at Beginners level. Tryouts are held in July.

Our student-athletes, parents, and coaches are part of the NVA family. Through a shared love of volleyball, our community builds amazing women who lead successful, happy and fulfilled lives.

Registration fee for tryouts will be $80 if paid before the tryout date. Payments made on the day of tryouts will be $100

Teams Available: Future, Future Elite, junior Elite & Elite

The number of teams in each age group depends on how many athletes try out. We try to accommodate as many players as possible. We prefer players to try out with their own age group. If you have extenuating circumstances and you would like to discuss you can call us. Refer age definition below to determine what age group to register for.

Team Type

We offer three types of teams that differ based on their level.

Our "Elite" teams participate in both in-state and out-of-state tournaments, USAV Qualifier (Could win the USAV Jr National), and AAU Super Regionals (could win an opportunity to play Las Vegas or Phenix)
Price: $3,500 November to June

Our Intermediate "Junior Elite" teams participate in in-state tournaments, USAV, and, AAU Super Regional (could win an opportunity to play Las Vegas or Phenix).
Price: $3,000 November to June

Our Beginners "Future Elite" teams participate primarily in tournaments in and around Central Florida.
Price: $2,000 November to May

FUTURE: Is a new program for 9 and under. it is a monthly fee starting on August to May. $145 PER

Team selection

Teams will be selected on the tryout dates listed.
Make-up\ tryout date(s) will be announced. (If teams are full, that team do not need a Make-up tryout)

Players will be assigned to teams based on skillsets and age. They will be given a brief instructional meeting and asked to complete the Club commitment form and place a deposit. (Please bring your credit card). The signed commitment and deposit secure your place on the team. If you leave we will assume you are not interested in the position and need to offer the position to the next eligible player, we cannot hold spots open.

*You will be required to purchase AAU & USAV memberships after tryouts. AAU membership is required for participation in the upcoming season. Registration opens on August 15, 2023. AAU Club Code: W375EC. USAV will be available on September 2023

Volleyball Age Definitions
We require players trying out for a team to register in their age division. We will be competitive in every age group so we prefer all players to stay in their respective age divisions.

If players are determined to play at a higher age level, they still need to register in their age division and attend that age group tryout. You then need to contact our office to discuss this possibility.

During the tryout, you will be evaluated to see if your skills go far beyond your age group. You must be an “impact” player to be considered for a higher age level. Players who try out for a higher age level run the risk of not making either team as their age division may have been closed out and they are not accepted into an older division. We make every effort to be judicious in placing players at the right level in order to make the most cohesive and competitive teams.

18 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1st, 2004 or are high school students in the twelfth (12th) grade or below during the current academic year and are 19 years of age or younger (born on or after July 1, 2004).

17 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2007
16 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2008
15 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2009
14 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2010
13 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2011
12 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2012
11 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2013
10 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2014
