SUMMER CAMP

Summer Camp
  1. LAKE NONA MIDDLE SCHOOL:

    ALL LEVELS
     SUMMER CAMP May 30th to June 2nd 2023
  2.  SUMMER CAMP June 5th to June 8th 2023
  3.  SUMMER CAMP June 12th to June 15th 2023
  4.  SUMMER CAMP June 19th to June 22nd 2023
    ADVANCE
    Will be the same weeks no extra cost.

    Age: From 7 to 16 Years old
  5. This camp is geared toward technical teaching of each of the six skills of volleyball: serving, passing, defense, attacking, blocking, and setting.

    We feature technical training sessions emphasizing hand position, body posture, footwork patterns, release, location, digging techniques, and decision-making.  We work on speed and agility to develop strength, speed, and resistance.

    Athletes will be grouped by age and experience to train in a safe and fun environment.
