Order Processing
Order Confirmation: Upon enrolling in a program, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details.
Processing Time: Registrations are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification once your enrollment is confirmed.
Program Availability: Start times may vary depending on the program and your registration date. Please check the specific program details on our website.
Refund Policy
We aim to ensure our participants are satisfied with their experience. If you encounter any issues, please refer to the following refund policy:
Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the program start date. Your request must meet the criteria outlined below to be eligible for a refund.
Programs and Sessions: Refunds are available for programs and sessions if there are verifiable issues with the service that we cannot resolve.
Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as personalized merchandise or custom training programs, may not be eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Cancellation Policy
Program Cancellations: Programs can be canceled within 24 hours of registration for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be handled case-by-case and may be subject to administrative fees.
Memberships and Subscriptions: Memberships and subscriptions can be canceled at any time. If you cancel, you will retain access to the services until your current billing period ends. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
