Athlete and Coach entry will begin at 6:45 am.

Coaches will need to present their assigned QR code and a corresponding photo ID at the entrance.

Chaperones and parents cannot enter during the early access period.

There will be no official live streaming service at this event. Guests are permitted to live-stream on their preferred platform.

ALL National/American/Freedom Bid Divisions - April 24-26, 2026 - $850 per team

IMPORTANT: 11U National Bid Division is now a 3 day event

Regional and Local Divisions - April 25-26, 2026 - $550 per team

The payment deadline is March 24, 2026 at 3PM. Payments made after that date will incur a $50 late fee.

BID DIVISIONS NOTE: Teams competing in a bid division are REQUIRED to participate in at least three (3) Level I events before the start of the ASICS FL VB Challenge. Teams that have not participated in three (3) Level I events by April 12, 2026* will be dropped to the Regional Division (if the Regional Division is full, teams will be placed on a waitlist) in their respective age group. Level I events can be found HERE.

*Teams that will be playing in a Level I event on the weekend of April 18-19, 2026, will need to send proof of acceptance to the Florida Region office no later than April 10, 2026, at 12 pm. Teams will be required to compete in the event for it to be counted toward their 3-event minimum.

Once a division has reached maximum capacity OR registration has closed, there is no guarantee a team will be accepted into the event. Teams will be placed on a wait list and received on an as-needed basis. The Florida Region will contact the team if a space becomes available. Tournament staff reserves the right to modify the maximum number of teams per division based on demand and bid impact.
