Refund Policy

All sales are final, meaning no refunds are to be issued to any customer, under any circumstances. However, credits may be offered on a case-by-case basis. Grounds for issuance of an approved credit may include significant injury during clinic time, cancellation before credit cancellation deadline, venue postponements, including weather, or other postponements or cancellations caused by Ball Hog Sports.
