Team Manager (Head Coach)
The Team Manager in softball is the equivalent to a head coach in other sports such as football, basketball, and hockey. They are responsible for overseeing and being the primary point person on all aspects of on-field team strategy, lineup selection, training and instruction.

To be a Team Manager in our Rec Softball Program, you do not need to be an expert in softball or have prior experience in coaching, but to instead have a passion to provide a fun and safe environment for the kids in our program.
