How To Set Up A Rugby Xplorer Member Profile

Once your account is created, you can also follow these steps below to register for the current season:

Enter in your personal email (not a role-specific email; Rugby Xplorer assigns permissions to individual people, it doesn’t require multiple logins for different organizations)

You may see “You don't have a Rugby ID,” not to worry as once you enter more details the system will be able to pair you with your imported profile

Select sign me up, and you will be redirected to enter in your personal details

MAKE SURE that USAR National is selected and not Rugby Australia

If you see “We have found some profiles that might be you!” Please select your profile and click continue.

You will be redirected to the Rugby Xplorer profile homepage.

Make sure you register your player, not yourself.

Select the Player you would like to Register; or

Create a New Profile

Click “Continue”

Role = Player
-
Registration Type = Youth or High School
-
Duration = Season
-
Click “Next”

Confirm the Player’s Personal Details are correct

Add a Profile Photo if you like or Click “Skip”

Add Additional Details
-
Click “Next”
-
Add Emergency contact details
-
Click “Next”
-
Answer Additional questions
-
Click “Next”
-
Answer Additional Questions by accepting the Waivers

You need to click the buttons and toggle them to Purple
-
Click “Next”
-
Review the Registration Summary

Click the Terms Box
-
Pay the Registration fee, this fee is not included in the season registration fee you paid as part of your registration on the Raleigh Rugby website
After successfully registering for the season on Rugby Xplorer you will receive the following email from the site and it will contain your player’s name and payment confirmation.
Additionally you will receive an email from USA Youth and High School Rugby (info@yhsverification.rugby) requesting you to complete an age verification for your registered player. This age verification is a required registration process.
If you DO NOT receive this email or can not find that you received it, then you can send an email to info@usayhsrugby.org and request the email, all you need to do is include your player’s name and USA Rugby ID number. USA Youth and High School Rugby will look your player up and send you an email with the link you need.
See the email for details on the types of documents that may be used to complete the age verification.
Click the BLUE button to complete the age verification.

Upon clicking the BLUE button you will be taken to a web page to upload your age verification document. You will see your player’s name on the page.
After uploading the document or a photo of the document you will get a message notification that upload was successful.
Once your age verification document has been verified, you will receive the following
email from “info@yhsverification.rugby” and your season registration activities are complete on Rugby Xplorer and with USA Rugby / USA Youth and High School Rugby
