In 2017, Raleigh Rugby welcomed the first season for the Triangle’s only high school girls rugby team, the Raleigh Cobras. As the only club in North Carolina with a nationally competitive Division 1 Women’s team, Raleigh’s middle and high school girls programs benefit from working with female coaches that have played high-caliber rugby at a national level.

Raleigh Rugby Co-Ed Touch Program (SP2025)
U8 Touch Co-Ed
Raleigh Rugby offers youth touch rugby, a safe and fun way for kids to learn and enjoy the newest Olympic sport. This program encourages children to have fun while developing their rugby skills, providing opportunities to progress through the teams in the organization. The Rattlesnakes' youth touch rugby teams include boys and girls from kindergarten through 2nd grade (8 & under), welcoming mature kids starting at age 4. Minimal equipment is required, and fun is guaranteed.

Founded in 2006, the Raleigh Rattlesnakes is the longest-running high school boys program in the triangle area and benefit from working directly with coaches that have played high-caliber rugby at a national level for our men’s team, the Raleigh Vipers.
Whether just getting started or looking for an opportunity to showcase skills and play in college, players of all skill levels are welcome to join us at any point during the season. Join the movement and be a part of the fastest-growing sport in the US

In 2016, Raleigh Rugby Football Club added 14U rugby. It’s a safe, fun, easy way for kids to learn and fall in love with the newest Olympic sport. Our youth tackle rugby teams prepare your kids for the next level. Give your kids the opportunity to move up through the teams in our organization and be a part of the fastest-growing sport in the US. Minimal equipment is required, and fun is expected.
**Player must be 14 years old or younger on September 1st, 2024.**
