Synergy Sprouts grades 3-6
Fridays 6:30p-7:30p for 7 sessions: February 6, 20, 27 & March 6, 13, 20 7 27. (off Feb 13).
This innovative program aims to develop the next generation of Synergy athletes! Our seasoned coaches will enhance all player abilities. Participants will have the chance to refine a range of skills, such as serving, passing, setting, hitting, defense, and honing their mental game.

This Synergy Volleyball Combine is for female Synergy athletes graduating 2026, 2027 & 2028. Please wear your Synergy tryout shirt. Combine is Monday, February 2nd from 6:30p-8:30p and athletes should check-in 6p and warm-up. College coaches will be provided your information.
