Scheduling & Facility Booking Enhancements:

• Improved conflict detection, covering the confirmed and waitlist bookings.
• Facility operational conflicts and their corresponding operating hours and blackout dates are displayed.
• Schedule conflicts are displayed when updating the facility's operational timings.
• Incorporated additional validations to prevent new bookings on facilities that already have schedules.
• Improved the facility and game start time utilization policy in the auto-scheduler and bracket generator.
• An admin setting to allow org staff to create schedules only if they have received booking approval is provided on the Schedule Settings page.
• An admin setting to notify the facility renters whenever a staff member creates a new schedule for a facility already booked during the same time slot on the Facility Settings page.
• An admin setting to allow saving practices with conflicts.
• An admin setting to allow member clubs to use GB facilities for scheduling games using the auto-scheduler, bracket generator, and scheduling grid is provided on the Basic Settings > GB Settings page.
• Facility bookings are displayed on the Schedule Calendar.
