Facility Booking Enhancements

• Options for staff to add multi-pricing (or packages) for time-based facility booking.
• Choose to collect the deposit instead of the full amount.
• Set controls to collect either the full booking amount or just the deposit.
• Option to collect an additional fee like cleaning fee along with the booking fee.
• Options to collect fee now or later for coach fee, additional fee, full booking fee.
• Options for consumers to pay at the time of booking or later based on facility booking options.

The org admin can

• Upload Game Lineup Scorecard document containing the primary and opponent team components from the Team Settings > Misc Settings page.
• Lock/Unlock the past games from the Schedule List and Show pages.

The org staff can

• Schedule messages to be sent at a later time.
• Control and monitor the delivery status of the scheduled to send later messages from the Communication > Message Schedules area. 
• View Game Lineup Scorecard from the Schedule List and Show pages.
• Select and bulk-update the fulfilment status of Shop Orders and archive them from the Payments > Shop Orders page.
• Availability of tournament pool play games along with other schedules.
  
  

• Provided a new public website page: Athletes Directory. The org staff can control displaying athletes on this page from the Website Security Settings page.
• The org members can now enroll for the auto-payments in a single step (for Stripe payment gateway only).
• Redesigned key areas for improved usability: Billing page; Program Registration – Who is Registering step, Receipt page, Confirmation Messages, Staff Notification Messages; Member Registrations List page; Sent Messages page; Team Compose Message page; Shop, Facility Booking, Fundraiser Campaigns – Checkout pages.
