NEW FEATURES & ENHANCEMENTS



Website Picture/Banner transition effects.

  • The org staff can set transition effects for the public website homepage banners of the Classy template.

 

Member segmentation with new roles.

  • Shopper - this role will be automatically assigned to the members who place orders from the Shop area.
  • Fundraiser Contributor - this role will be automatically assigned to the members who donate to the campaigns.
  • Facility Renter - this role will be assigned to the members who make facility bookings.

 

Now the org admin can

  • Set to create parent/guardian accounts for the registrants registering for the Player and Volunteer programs.
  • Set to receive the organization's monthly digest email on the 2nd of every month from the Admin > Basic > Misc Settings area.

 

Now, the org staff can

  • Attach the uniform size form field to the programs from the Registration > Add/Update Program > Default Form Fields area.
  • Allow program registrants to choose and get placed on any team during the player registration process from the Registration > Program > Registration Controls area.
  • Disable the new member accounts created via program registrations without online payments while deleting the registrations.
  • Invite members to register for the organization programs from the Members area.
  • Manually collect the remaining amount for the auto-payment records with the status Under Paid or Waiverd Partially.
  • Send reminders to verify the member email by clicking the exclamation icon beside the email address under the Members area.
  • Update the teams of a scheduled game, even the same team for both.
  • Create schedules by specifying the teams and facilities as TBD when specific details like teams and locations have not been confirmed.
  • Add and upload external teams that can be used for scheduling from the View External Teams link provided under the grid icon on the Teams > All Teams page.
  • Add and update custom widgets from the Website > Design Webpage area.
  • Choose to allow public website users to contact the organization and team staff members from the Website > Website Settings > Security Settings area. When allowed, the public users can send messages to the staff members from the Board, Staff, and Team Staff website pages.
  • Arranged the member access groups based on the organization's solutions.
  • Update the facility booking form fields from the Facilities > Bookings > Receipt area.
  • Specify the slot price for a facility that will be applied for all the slots from the Facilities> Add and Update Facility area.
  • Set the game defaults when adding games from the Scheduling Grid area.

 

Now, the team staff can

  • Specify the default game lineup status from the Team Portal > Admin Settings area.
  • Set to auto-update the game lineup status based on the player RSVP from the Team Portal > Admin Settings area.
  • Upload member pictures from the Roster area.
OTHER UPDATES & BUG FIXES
  • The parents/guardians can sign up as the parents and register their children and family members for the programs.
  • Enhanced organization report based on the solution and logged-in member roles and access groups.
  • Provided a search option on the Online Registrations/Programs page of the organization’s public website.
  • The offline payment records will also get deleted on deleting the program registrations.
  • The rejected facility booking slots will be available for new bookings.
