NEW FEATURES & ENHANCEMENTS

Supercharged Shop Features, including 

  • Multi-list Cart Additions: Users can now add items from multiple lists to their cart and complete their purchase in a single transaction.
  • Persistent Cart Items: Items added to the cart will remain until they are manually removed by the user.
  • Save for Later: Users can save items for future purchases, helping them easily revisit desired products.
  • Centralized Cart Access: The shopping cart page now provides easy access to both active cart items and saved items for later, all in one place.
  • Item Sharing: Users can share their selected items with friends and family members.
  • Abandoned Carts: Org Staff can view abandoned carts and proactively reach out to members, encouraging them to complete their purchase.
  • Copy Item: Org Staff can create new copies of existing items, simplifying the process of restocking items.

The org staff can Supercharged Shop Features, including  

  • Enable expiration date tracking for the documents uploaded by the program registrants during the registration process. The staff will receive reminders for expiration documents.
  • Access recent incomplete or failed payment attempts.
  • Access payout (amounts transferred from Stripe to the bank account) details (Applies for Stripe only).
  • Control exporting stats on the Public Website > Standings and Stats Center website pages from the Website Settings > Schedule Settings page.
  • Specify CC recipients for player invitations from the Tryouts > Evaluation Settings page.
  • Send bulk player invitations to join teams with the option to include CC recipients from the Tryouts > Manage Players page.
  • Show or hide the organization name on the public website header from the Website Settings > Visual > Header Settings page.

The team staff can

  • Add players’ family members to the team roster as team parents on the Manage Players & Parents page, which is accessible from the Grid icon on the Roster page.
  • Export team attendance by schedule from the Team Portal > Attendance page.
  • Update staff attendance from the Team Portal > Schedule Show Page and Attendance areas (*available for the team admins only).
OTHER UPDATES & BUG FIXES
  • Moved the Member Document Controls from Admin > Basic Settings > Privacy Settings to the Member Documents Settings page.
  • Redesigned key areas for improved usability, including:
    • Member Content Hub
    • Primary Navigation Menu (Mobile view)
    • Member Payments & Orders (Mobile view)
    • Facility Booking Notifications
    • Forms and Surveys public website page
  • Fixed issues with sender details in the schedule notifications.
  • Fixed installments display issue on the registration receipt page.
  • Fixed additional registration program payment creation issue.
  • Fixed schedule update page loading issue.
  • Fixed program type filters display issue on the programs list page.
