
NEW FEATURES & ENHANCEMENTS
Streamlined Official Management, including,
- Organizations can now manage officials more efficiently with enhanced options:
- Define official categories.
- Set base pay rate by category, division, and age group.
- Allow to overwrite the pay rate per game.
- Access all assigned officials, their RSVPs, and update officiating status.
- Access officials earnings reports per league, season, or tournament.
- Enable officials to manage their accreditations.
- Game officials now have improved access and controls:
- Update RSVPs with notes for game assignments.
- Access earnings reports, payment status, etc.
- Access and update (if allowed) accreditations.
Collect Donations with Registration: Attach donations to registration programs, allowing registrants to contribute during the registration process.
Provided New Integration – Xero: The organizations can integrate Xero account with SportsPlus and sync all their financial transactions.
The org staff now can:
- Set minimum and maximum values for the checkbox-type form fields, based on which the program registrants are forced to select.
- Allow team staff to send invoices and collect payments from the team members.
- Filter invoice payments by invoice status and view reasons for failed payment collections.
- View members for whom invoice payments were successfully collected or failed using saved cards.
- Set to update game scores and standings based on live scoring from the League and Season show pages.
- Print the registration form for player registration programs.
The team staff now can:
- Hide roster for team members.
- Hide RSVPs and attendance of other team members.
- If allowed, team staff can collect invoice payments.
OTHER UPDATES & BUG FIXES
- If allowed, game scores and standings will automatically be updated upon completion of live scoring.
- Governing bodies can now publish payment plans and membership type programs to the member clubs.
- Resume registration notifications are now delivered to all including team, league, and tournament registrations.
- The application will now validate for the availability of sufficient funds in the organization's account (Stripe only) before issuing refunds.
- Added player aggregate stats, accessed from the Team Results website page.
- Redesigned key areas for improved usability – Website > Add, Update Content and Content Show pages.
- Fixed issues related to:
- Fixed payment display issues in the upcoming payment collection notification.
- Fixed monthly registration program copy issue.
- Fixed roster update issue when changing team member roles.
