Major Feature Release | Half a Facility Booking
- The org staff can allow users to book half of the slot-based facility from the Facilities > All Facilities > Facility > Booking Controls area.
Major Feature Release |Waive Facility Booking Fee & Coach Fee
- The org admin can waive the facility booking fee and coach fee for a specific number of bookings only when the renter has registered for the specified organization program from the Admin > Facility Settings area.
- The org staff can waive the facility booking fee and coach fee for the program registrants as specified by the admin from the Facilities > All Facilities > Facility > Booking Controls area.
Major Feature Release | Team Lineup Scorecard
- The team staff can upload a fillable PDF document on the Team Portal > Roster > Lineup Scorecard area to generate the lineup scorecard based on the default game lineup.
- The team staff can generate the lineup scorecard for all games based on the game lineup from the Team Portal > Schedule area.
- The governing body admin can add new member clubs from the Clubs > All Clubs area.
The org admin can
- Specify the member completed form display layout on the Registration > All Registrations > View Registration Info page from the Admin > Registration Settings area.
Customize the team lineup scorecard label for the Admin > Team Settings > Misc Settings area.
The org staff can
- View the auto enrollments received for the organization programs from the Payments > Auto Payments page.
- Send a message to all archived teams under an age group or division from the Communication > Compose > Teams area.
- Send a message to all members who haven’t registered for all or selected programs from the Communication > Compose > Programs area.
- Send messages to the organization members from all the list pages available under the Members module.
- View the team staff entered scores on the Scheduling> Scores & Results > Update Score modal window.
- Enhanced the presentation in the following areas.
- Scheduling > Schedule List page
- Teams > All Teams page
- Members > Member Overview page
OTHER UPDATES & BUG FIXES
- Program registrants can download the submitted PDF documents post-registration from the registration receipt, registration confirmation email, and view registration info areas.
- Addressed data export issues in the Teams > Manage Staff area.
- Addressed revenue figures mismatching issues on the Org Dashboard > Report and Monthly Digest email.
- Fixed notify staff option issue in the Misc > Forms & Surveys area.
- Fixed availability page access issue in the mobile app.
