    NEW FEATURES & ENHANCEMENTS
    • 'AgentSam’ AI-Powered Assistant: 
      • Meet AgentSam, your new in-app AI assistant! 
        Get instant answers to your questions and navigate SportsPlus more efficiently - right from within the application. 
    • The org admin can now:  
      • Customize the display order of program registration information displayed on the program details page. 
      • Choose whether to display extended schedule details, like Team name, on booking calendars. 
    • The org staff can now:  
      • Select specific recipients directly from the View Recipients window when sending messages. 
      • Choose to send message copies (CC) to parents/guardians of each member. 
      • Bulk upload additional member types, like Volunteers, Officials, Shoppers, and Facility Renters. 
      • Reject or cancel the paid upcoming bookings. 
      • Add post-submission display messages for forms & surveys.  
      • Customize metrics for tryouts and team player evaluations. 
      • Sort and export registrations using age in the All-Registrations area. 
    OTHER UPDATES & BUG FIXES
    • Registrants can now reinstate withdrawn registrations. 
    • Users can view available spots for divisions and teams directly on the Program Details page.  
    • Staff registering for coach registration programs are automatically assigned the Team Coach role. 
    • Selected payment plan names are visible across key areas, such as: Registration Confirmation Receipt and Registration Info. 
    • Blackout days are now excluded from bulk facility bookings.
    • Users can filter bookings and make payments for multiple bookings at once.  
    • Provided a new website widget to display standings. 
    • Team staff can now utilize custom metrics for evaluations.  
    • Enabled export of Custom Member ID in the Payment Transactions area. 
    • Enhanced UI/UX: Registration Discount Usage Report, Event Details, Message  Templates, Divisions, Skills & Skill Groups, Forms & Surveys, Volunteer Tasks & Events, and Categories. 
    • Issues addressed: Registration Waitlist & Withdrawal, Registration type display on the View Registration Info page, Blank Message Body, QuickBooks Connectivity, Leagues List Page Filter, and various Registration & Payment workflows. 
    • Improved team messaging functionality and message delivery accuracy. 
    • Prevented payment reminders from being sent for rejected or cancelled bookings.
