Improved organization dashboard that shows module-wise reports for the org staff.

The org admin can

• Allow or restrict the organization players from sending requests to join teams from the Org Settings > Team Settings page.

The org staff can

• View payment summary for selected categories from the Payments > Payment Reports area.
• Change the team stages from Teams > All Teams > All tab.

Enhance presentation in the following areas.

• Schedule > League/Tourney/Season > Add, Update, and Show pages
• Super Admin > Integrations page
• Manage > Athletes & Parents list page
• Team Portal > Schedule > Add Practice page

• The org staff can view the combined list of player and team registration programs on the Registration > Programs page.
• Fixed the duplicate payment transactions issues in the Registration area.
• Fixed practice missing issue.
• Fixed page performance issue in the Payments > Payment Due Registrations area.
• Fixed multiple issues in the Message > Compose Message area
• Fixed multiple issues in the Schedule area.
• Various bug fixes and enhancements.
