Frequently Asked Questions
Does SportsPlus replace our membership or donation software?
No. SportsPlus works alongside it. Member records and donations stay where they are. SportsPlus handles your sports, recreation, and wellness programs, from registration and scheduling to the website where members find them.
Can people outside our community join our programs?
Yes and No. You can control it. You choose which programs to promote publicly and which to share only with your congregation (Church, Temple, Mosque, Synagogue) members.
Our programs are run by volunteers. Will it be easy for them?
Yes. Coordinators set up a program once, families register themselves, and the AI assistant answers routine questions, so volunteers aren't fielding the same texts all week.
Can we run leagues with other congregations?
Yes. Host a league or tournament for teams from nearby congregations (Church, Temple, Mosque, Synagogue), with registration and schedules in one place.
Can we collect payments online?
Yes. Securely collect program fees and other applicable payments online while keeping transactions organized.
Can we manage our community spaces and facilities?
Yes. Organize facility schedules, availability, and bookings for rooms and other shared spaces.
Can SportsPlus help fundraising?
Yes. Create fundraising campaigns and give your community a simple way to contribute and support your initiatives.
